Tony’s role: expert witness for Pirmax Pty Ltd (the Applicant and Cross-Respondent), engaged and instructed by Mills Oakley.

Description: This matter related to misleading and deceptive conduct under Australia Consumer Law regarding the reaction to fire properties of a building product. Tony issued an expert report in July 2019 and a supplementary report in June 2020. He gave evidence at the trial in June 2021. Justice Snaden handed down his judgement on 14 November 2022.
